Batterina on a Chair

Mum loved ornaments and dust collecting stuff. She left me three Lladro batterinas (as she called them). I gave one each to my girls and passed on the third to my niece.

The detail on the statuettes is exquisite but they actually do nothing for me and I reluctantly, but carefully, dust them occasionally.

My girls left home and also left their batterinas, I hope my niece still has hers (but very possibly with her mum's collection).

All photographic inspiration gone today, looked at July words and this batterina is on a chair so that'll do! Having said no inspiration- thank you all for loving yesterday's busy bee. x
