I recognised it as a jar/bottle opener - are they the ones to make them easier for hands that struggle? (I have some in the drawer)

I had no idea what it was but then I saw that Jacqueline has identified it.

It's very red. I thought about doing something similar, but realised that I'd be struggling for some of the colours :)
