Dead Flowers by 30pics4jackiesdiamond

Dead Flowers

These were a stunning scarlet in the summer when I asked my neighbour if I might be able to have some dried blooms when he pruned them. This morning he rang the doorbell and asked me how many dead flowers I wanted. I took two- should have asked for 1 or 3 more for rule of odds shots as I'm sure they will be on my project again.

Need a clue for yesterday? Seen on fiveplustwo more than once!!
Beautiful autumn colors.

I think two was good. One in the front and the other as a large part of the background.

When dried the texture and veins show up better. And love the light through the leaves.
