A well done composite for your two challenges. I think you did an exceptional job with your positions. Your hand is flat on the glass and the other lifting up the lid and your feet placed on the dome of the bottom of the jar. So well done.
well, how did you get in there in the first place? careful with those peppers when you come out, that would burn your feet! aces on this composite. aces!

@randystreat oh Kathy if I could take only take your praise and credit, but I had a couple of poses and luckily this one fitted!! I did try to make my right wrist look clouded by the rim, but that was an afterthought I hoped would work.
