Pan Yan pickle was registered in 1903 and production lasted for 99 years. The owners of the brand lost the only copy of the recipe in a factory fire in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
I found this lid fossicking, and it's pre-screw top lids so quite old. When I go munging around the breach I look for PanYan jars, but on-line research shows they were probably not very robust.

Jackie, for your get pushed challenge this week, how about finding the letters of your name and putting them together somehow (single shot, collage, etc.). The trick would not be to photograph actual letters but something found that is shaped like each letter. If you don't want to or are unable to do this (time constraints, other activities, etc). let me know.
