Cool idea for the prompt. These weather station gadgets are quite amazing but personally I think it's much nicer to gauge the weather by walking outside than rely totally on technology.

@salza stick thumb out the window if its wet when bring it back indoors, it's raining. Can judge temperature in similar way!

I've had a few rather stations over the years as I like the way they look but I don't understand them so they get tossed during a decluttering phase. I think looking out the window is just as effective.
