Nelson's Flagship in a Crystal Ball

My poor husband was so fed up with me trying to capture The Victory in my crystal ball, in the wind and rain and then brilliant sunshine! Toured a WWI boat that served in Gallipoli and as we left no rain, muted sunshine and not too breezy to rock the ball.

I was challenged to photograph somewhere I love to go. I really enjoy visiting Portsmouth's Historic Dockyard- we have a year long ticket- and I never tire of viewing the boats. Today went to two new attractions (to us).

I love taking a camera out with a plan and it sort of coming together with an almost successful get-pushed photo. This is the stern of the Victory and the Mary Rose Museum.
@kathyboyles Don't think this is what you had in mind, but I love going to our Historic Dockyard and I wanted to try out the ball. I got loads of funny looks!!!

@365anne ;) disappointed it looks like I've cut and pasted the Victory to an out of focus background.
Only second time of playing with ball so practice will make perfect!
