Faux Engraving

This black lab was definitely watching me, so I took his picture from a distance. I thought I'd convert it to a pencil sketch but as I fooled with the effect, I decided it looked more like an engraving. What do you think?

I'd say that it looks like an engraving. Love the dog's posture & expression, and the layers in the background. Beautiful shot and treatment
