All these flowers were growing at Virginia House or, in the case of the sunflowers, next door at Agecroft Hall. All that is except the nosegay of zinnias that Ellen picked from her own garden. She brought them to adorn our picnic, then gifted them to me for my birthday. What a thoughtful friend!
