A little birdie told me that Clara Joy is. My baby turned 4 today...and she's hardly a baby anymore. I can't believe how fast it seems to go. If I blink, she'll be 16. This is very strange to me...this growing up business. It seems to drag and fly at once. I can barely remember our lives without little Clara, my little ball of personality. She truly completed our family when she was born 4 years ago today!
I was so excited about our day today that I hardly slept last night. We had a birthday donut feast for breakfast, a Build A Bear Workshop date and then a Chik Fil A lunch date with friends. I am partied out and pooped. Must nap now while she is.
I kept trying to get an amazing birthday portrait of her today. I tried a handful of times. She got progressively pissier with each photo. This was one of the firsts where she was still remotely happy, so I am going with this.
Happy weekend...off to zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz..........
