This was a breathtaking view from our hike at Sharon Woods when I was there last week on the school field trip. I opted to show you the owl on that day and saved this one for today. Places like this relax me and gives me an small idea of how amazingly gorgeous heaven will be someday. Oh to be a photographer there!
well, not a Sharon Woods, but it reminds me of a couple of places here that I frequent. One spot is known by the locals as "Hobbit Land" and the other is a nature preserve I go to that most people don't even know exists.
It was so amazingly beautiful and serene, but for being with 3 wild boys and my 4 year old. I had to take a quick snap and couldn't much linger. At least I can stare at the image.:)
@soboy5 Thanks, Danny. I liked it so much in that there were falls at the top of the photo and a quiet pool below. It's amazing how calm water can be so close to falls/rapids.
That truly is heavenly. It looks very peaceful, but then I can't hear all those kids that were running around. LOL
