Just for fun “googled” the name for these Russian nesting dolls. Means ‘Little matron”. My low key shot for the 52 week challenge High key/Low key (week 26).
I worked as a technician in a hospital pharmacy for over 25 years. The last few years I did the purchasing for the department. Assisted a physician with some medications and he brought these back from his trip to Russia for me. I loved my job; it had its highs and lows. Someone appreciating your efforts is always a high point. :)
a lifelong Michigander...enjoy photography and have a new camera to learn. favorite subjects include flowers, light and its effects, Marty the family Welsh springer,...
What a super gift and a lovely shot. And you're right - if someone appreciates your efforts, it really helps. My Dad was a research chemist in pharmaceuticals so I smiled when I read what your job was. A discipline close to my heart.
