Bigelow Park, Bay City, along the Saginaw River. Have been there a few times this year and evidently this Chinese swan goose is a permanent resident, even in the winter. (I saw and photographed it and its friend last February). Must be finding enough food or being fed by park visitors, as they are a domestic version of a wild Swan Goose.
