Narrapumelap

This grand mansion in French Gothic style was built by John Dickson Wyselaskie in 1873 near Wickliffe, in western Victoria. By 1951 when bought by the McIntyre family, the house was derelict, ruined by time, weather and vandals. Kevin McIntyre, one of the sons, has been renovating it, mostly single-handedly, for the last 30 or so years.

Amongst other works, he recently rebuilt and restored the upper half of the tower. There's a some more about the house and tower in this little video: https://www.facebook.com/abcsouthwestvic/videos/narrapumelap-historic-homestead-in-wickliffe-victoria/1999651186917875/
