Our group had our August outing yesterday to the farm and had a scrumptious Ploughman's lunch - I wish that I had photographed it - but the desire to eat it was a priority !! Then we were taken to the Chorley Country Show which was held on one of their fields . A great variety of events took place including a dog show with many classes . and amongst the stands were the husband and wife - British owls rescue team . Here we see a little King Charles Spaniel greeting the little owl ! - so sweet !!
