Starting to bloom .

My Christmas Cactus is full of flower buds and are just starting to open . A lovely addition on the window ledge on this dark dull morning .
Going out later this morning to meet a couple of friends for lunch . Looking forward in seeing my friends again , enjoying our lunch ( and no washing up !! ) Hope you all have a great weekend !

Christmas sprouts are very common. In the old day`s this was one of the view vegetables that where aviable in winter. Frost make them taste sweeter.

Beautiful capture. The day before yesterday I met up with my favourite brother for a relaxing coffee at a local open-air cafe after all these months of covid and it was such a joy to sit down at a table, enjoy the sun and talk about everything. This could be the first step to normality between us, though numbers of infections are going up and Malta has been put on the orange list again.
