Bread and butter Pudding

One of Gary's favourite puddings -which I made yesterday !
I had a better day today - so managed to flat-ice my Christmas cake . Made my Apple Sauce and my Cranberry and Orange Sauce ready for Christmas - I shall freeze them when they are cold ! I do like to do as much prep in advance so no panic if I do not feel too good at the last moment !
A horrible misty , murky and damp day - so I haven't stepped out through the door !
