X for a Cross-stitch Sampler

This is a cross-stitch Sampler that I embroidered back in 1995 while recouping after a major op. Sadly my eyesight is not good enough to do any fine work now as I have cataracts in both eyes and one is getting quite bad !
At one stage I did a lot of embroidery ,cross stitch and other canvas work .--A good way to relax after a day's teaching at school !
