I love jigsaw puzzles, especially those of snowy winter scenes. This 750-piece one (which I picked out) was a gift from my husband for my recent birthday and was put together on a special, surprise gift he made for me... a wooden tray with a lip and a a drawer on each end for holding the pieces. Now I can work puzzles and still have a table to eat our meals on! :-) Doing a puzzle the week after Moshe's death was a helpful distraction! Thanks to all who offered condolences over our loss!
@atwinfay Thank you, Sharron! :-) I have missed being on here but have also realized how much time it takes. I am going to try to ease my way back into it! Hope you had a great Christmas!
@flutterby22 I can understand that, Kristina! I don't have the same endurance for them as I once did, now that my eyes aren't quite as sharp and I guess I could blame poor overhead lighting, too! :-) when I am doing one, however, I tend not to focus on anything else...so, yes, therapeutic! :-)
@sansjuan Thank you, Nita! It is good to be back! Yes, Ken is very thoughtful and totally surprised me with this creation. He had seen the idea in one of his many woodworking magazines, I believe!
