Bought this last July in anticipation of my husband's 4th of July birthday. I've always loved pinwheels! For the last year I had it stuck in a planter inside the house. Decided it was time for it to be outside where the wind can move it. So glad I did that! It's fun to sit on our deck and watch it spin!
