I know the weather has been a little strange...but this is going a little to far
It was about 27 Celcius as we were in southern Saskatchewan ( which for my American friends is about 84F. So a very large snowman seems a little out of place.
We had made a stop off in this small town on our way to Saskatoon when we came across this cute fellow which happens to be the mascot for the towns local hockey team
It is for reasons like this that I like to drive places rather than fly
I agree, so much more to see driving, and flying is such a hassle : the weather has become very strange, as i had mentioned in one of my earlier posts, sever weeks ago, they had 5 Feet of hail coupled with a dust storm in northern Texas, all in one evening...
Hey the temps are diving to 0C tonight (thats 32F for the Americans) So we could possibly have a REAL snowman on the front yard tomorrow. Only in Canada.
I agree with you there is much more to see and enjoy than going from place to the next in a plane..so being a mascot it will stand out there summer and winter..
how's the weather in Edmonton? we had frost last night and some of my flowers didn't make it. it's always colder by the lake.
