On Thursday afternoon Melody's Cousin-in-Law who was expecting on October 24 went into labour. She was in a small town 45 minutes east of Edmonton at the time.
The hospital there transferred her by ambulance to a hospital in Edmonton. Mother and baby are both doing well. They will be keeping the baby in the hospital for at least one month.
Since they live in the town of Camrose which is an hour south east of Edmonton they are allowing Angie to stay at the hospital with the baby. Melody's cousin Peter, who works nights, will be driving back and forth each day until little Abigail is discharged
Today we went up to see them and on the way out we noticed this message that had been assembled on the roof of the hospital. Hope Care Compassion.
So glad mum and baby are doing well always a worry when baby decides to put in a appearance early. Such a fitting set of words for your family at the present time. Good shot.
Lovely shot of this appropriate message. I'm so glad the baby and mum are both ok, as little Abigail was rather premature. I hope everything continues to go well.
It's good to know the hospital is keeping mother and baby together. My younger son had to stay a few days longer than I did- and I was a mess!! He was a bit early too but only had a case of jaundice from an under-developed kidney. Saying a prayer for your family and little Abigail!
Congratulations on the new addition to the family
This was a very appropriate picture for a hospital
