No need to comment, I just don't have a thing for today so out of desperation and lack of inspiration I'm using a bad Bald Eagle shot I took yesterday on a quick drive through Saylorville Dam.
I definitely agree with your comment about some days you just have to put something up... I was just burned out on this whole thing last week and have blank spots in my calendar now, which bugs me!
This really is a nice capture of an eagle in flight.
@lynnz I hear you Lynn, I get so close to just deleting my account some days but I know I would REALLY regret it so I just try to do an attitude adjustment and usually the next day I'm ready to get out and shoot again!! :)
Thanks so much for always leaving such thoughtful comments....much appreciated!
@khawbecker Thank you for your uplifting comment....some days are just clunkers when it comes to photography and that's ok too! It make us appreciate the good ones even more!! :)
I really like this shot a lot! At first you don't notice the eagle because you are looking at the branches, but then when you notice him, he really stands out. I love photos like this where you don't see everything right away! I think we look at our own photos differently than others do because we know the whole process behind trying to get the shot. It's easy to be harder on yourself!
i like your eagle. i have put things up i didn't much care for and everyone loved them. then i put up one that i like and would frame and everyone is..meh.
