A complete weather change when we reached the top of Trail Ridge Road and we didn't even go to the top. They had closed the road further up. It was 36 degrees and sunny when we started up and within probably 30 minutes it was 24 degrees up here and really windy. It was really difficult to walk it was so icy here. Good Times! :)
Excellent capture of the weather with great tonal contrast. The wind blowing snow of the tops of the mountains and the icy road say it all, baby its cold outside.
