A better day. Phoned the plumber to go round and work out how to turn off the water in the flat. Turns out from the tenants that the leak had been coming from the downstairs flat. Hopefully that's the case.
And Finnish cousin K seems to think we may have a way round my mum's Finnish bank account issue, sisters okay with that too. Let's hope it works.
Going to have a relaxing bath now after a day working from home.
