Last night an intense storm system dumped rain on Victoria, Australia. Extensive flooding has isolated members of the community and some have been evacuated. This photo of Victoria Harbour, Docklands is after the storm. The waters of the Harbour stirred up to a dirty brown by the huge volume of rain filling reservoirs, rivers and streams.
