For children these fireworks were displayed at 9:30 pm local summer time. This view look North across Victoria Harbour, Melbourne from Victoria Harbour Promenade. A barge on the harbour was the primary launch point.

Brian this is a brilliant sharp shot of the fireworks. I would have loved to see even more of the water reflections, but I guess you would have needed an even wider lens for that.
