Hodsock Priory 2 by busylady

Hodsock Priory 2

I couldn't resist just one more picture taken at Hodsock Priory, this time taken in black and white. I am beginning to see the value of black and white especially with something like this when there is so much variation in the tones. This is sooc except for the frame.
3 good things-
1)The decorator has finished in only three days! Fantastic job and no brushes or rollers to clean!
2)I only have 270 pages to read of the Inheritance of Loss for book group next week. Can anyone recommend it?
3) Sausage casserole
Beautiful shot....yes I love black and white, it really suits this shot as well. fav for me.

A good range of tones. Is the sun reflecting off the windows, or is it dusk and they have the lights on?

Sorry for late reply - book club last night. I'm meeting an old friend for lunch today (I was thinking oooh yes till I checked the diary!) but I'll put my mobile number earlier in your project and then delete it when you've got it so we can try and co-ordinate another time. Sorry I can't do today but thanks for trying!

@janturnbull It must have been the sun reflecting off the windows as it wasn't dusk.
