....... is for Nova Gorizia. This is the small station at Lake Bled. The train journey to Nova Gozia, close to the Italian border, took 90 minutes and cost only 9 euros each!
Peter likes to try and find an ususual train journey on our free day and if there is a border nearby, that's even better! We travelled through some very pretty mountain scenery. We crossed the road opposite the station and noticed an Italian post box - that's when we knew we were in Italy, no visible border at all!
