Since the beginning of lockdown last March I have been making re-cycled greetings cards. I was running a bit low so these are today's efforts at replenishing stocks.
That's a great idea Judith! Do you just cut up and re-use old cards? Do you buy the blank cards to stick the images to? And the envelopes? I feel I should be doing this - maybe at Christmas too!
Wow Judith, very enterprising as with all the proper card shops closed we are limited to supermarket cards & even they are running low, lots of gaps on the display there too. These look lovely!
@maggiemae@maggiemae@happypat thank you for your comments. Yes I keep birthday cards, re-use the pictures and remount them onto blank cards. I used to make cards some years ago and had some left over supplies. I must have made about 30 cards this year so that's quite a saving! I've just made one for our daughters 40th next week using photographs of her over the years.
