Graffiti or art?

It's been a grey day today so I'm revisiting some of the pictures I took during B&W February. This is a little used tunnel beneath the A1 and behind our nearest Tesco store. We took our bikes there and continued along the tracks beside farmer's fields, finding small villages and settlements which were once small holdings.

I think this is a combination of the two, looks like tagging, but it does have a story.
