A very gloomy day all day but this shop certainly brightens up the neighbourhood. I've posted this shop before from the inside but the outside is also quite attractive. I called in today for a shower gel refill in case I run out over Christmas.
Otherwise an indoors day making stuffing for the delayed family Christmas planned for New Year's Day, all being well. Also decorated the 4 Christmas cakes for the family. Nothing very fancy these days, just a snowy scene with a few Christmas items on top.
Thankful for - a second day with a negative covid test

The style of the shop is so similar to the grocers shop my Mum owned when I was a child. We lived at the shop for 14 years from when I was 4 years old until I was 18 until she sold it and bought another shop and that one was a lock up shop and we bought a house a few miles away from the new shop. Brought back memories.
