We were entertained by the St. Neots concert band at our church this afternoon. A lively performance and good to be back having live entertainment again.
Sadly covid cases are high once again, with many people getting it for the second time and some who are rather poorly. I kept my mask on most of the time.
How wonderful that life is taking on a certain level of normality. It is so scary to think that nothing will ever be the same again. We still have to wear masks at the malls and any public institution. I have lost quite a few very dear friends due to this pandemic and am saddened no end. The motto is upwards and onwards.
Lovely capture and nice to have your concerts again.
I wear my mask whenever I go out which is not often nowadays but best be safe as my immunity is low.
What a lovely way to spend the afternoon! Sad to hear the covid cases are on the rise. Praying this last variant will be weaker though it is highly contagious.
Covid cases are very high here too, Judith, despite the fact that we still have to wear masks in Scotland. Shops are saying that they're having the highest staff absences since the whole thing began, although few are actually ill, or if they are the symptoms are no more than that of a common cold. It's such a problem for society, isn't it?! Lovely image of a near normal event.
Beautiful capture. Covid numbers have increased drastically here lately, too. Election time did not help, for sure, because crowds of people followed politicians everywhere without regard to their health.
Nice to see but as you say Covid is on the up, my daughter, and husband and granddaughter have it this week and it’s my granddaughters second dose even with all her jabs it’s worse than the first time without them!
I wear my mask whenever I go out which is not often nowadays but best be safe as my immunity is low.
