....and so is the UK! What a mess we are all in. The hydrangeas are still flowering and it's almost the end of October! Our daughter's long awaited house move has fallen through due to bad judgements on behalf ot the government. The prime minister has quit after just 44 days and Boris is talking about coming back! Can things get any worse?
Obviously I'm enjoying the extended flowering time and we've had a lovely sunny day of coffee and scones in the garden as well as time for some Autumn tidying up, but what are we doing to our country and our planet - HELP!
In spite of all the catastrophe around us we've had a lovely sunny day - a day to be out in the garden, and like you tidying up! So lovely to see the hydrangea still blooming lovely!
Well Judith it’s a lovely hydrangea and as for the rest both hubbie and myself are just so exasperated, but what can you do, I think we must be a laughing stock!!
What a beautiful hydrangea, I wish I could grow them here, but they just don't want to survive in our garden.
I thought we had problems with flooding, rain, rain and more rain and crops failing because of the rain, prices rising etc and then I hear the news of the UK. The new PM didn't last long did she, and God help you if Boris gets back in again.

...didn't mean to get all political , but sometimes one has to tell it like it is , regardless of one's political colours, no-one with a ounce of social conscious and honesty, can justify what is happening now , or happened under Johnson's watch
