Does anyone remember the old fruit flans? I spotted a flan case in Morrisons supermarket yesterday and decided to make this for our street bbq later. Its not great weather at the moment, overcast, and trying to rain, but hoping it will brighten up later
Ooh yes, remember the fruit flan era!! and I used to love them , even with making one's own sponge flan case ,in those days - I think I still have the baking tin although been redundant for years!! This looks delicious and decorated with my favourite fruits, I hope the weather remains dry for your street bbq. Enjoy!!
