Spring flowers

It felt like Spring today! Although the photo wasn't taken today, I did walk past this flower bed on the way into town. The town council does a good job of looking after the flower beds, but the roads are in poor condition! Most councils are short of money across the whole country

the flowers are lovely , we had a spring like morning and then rain again after lunch !!!! As for the roads , yes too many cuts , lack of funds from central government, austerity and shed loads of excuses from Westminster !

We have a very similar problem. Nice flowers but potholes you could swim in! Nice capture of the flower beds

Beautiful flowers, good the council does that, it lifts peoples spirits whether they know it or not. We certainly have the same problems over here.
