I was drawn to this tree in our local park by the smell of the flowers. I thought at first it was a sweet chestnut but no, it's the Indian bean tree. The flowers grow in clusters, resemble orchids and smell divine. I must take some shots of the whole tree and the clusters. The leaves are enormous.
How beautiful!! I have a tree in my garden called an Indian bean tree and it has enormous leaves the size of a tea plate. I haven't seen any flowers on it though. I will check it out in the morning!!
