Cornish Cream Tea

Today was our last day in Cornwall & we paid a visit to Lanhydrock, a large Victorian country house.
Cream teas are popular both in Cornwall & Devon, but the two counties say that you have to prepare them in different ways. This is the Cornish way, jam first then clotted cream on your scone. This comes with a pot of tea too.

Yummy ! what a teaser !! I am drooling here ! whichever way is the right way as long as there is a freshly baked scone , strawberry jam and clotted cream ! (I have mine the Cornish way )
