Built in 1912, Eldstrom Farm house is one of only 4 homes in Richmond to receive heritage status. The current owner purchased it in 2020 for $3.4M and intends to restore it to its original condition (which would include removing the aluminum frame windows and vinyl siding) and operate it as a B&B
Wow - it's a lovely home but that seems a lot to pay to then have to do a big restoration. Good to hear that somebody is willing to do it to maintain its heritage status.
