This is Maggie. She is a 7 year old Cardigan Welsh Corgi who is one of the lights of my life. We did therapy work together at University Hospital here in Cincinnati until she kept getting more and more nervous. Cut to the chase - Maggie has Addison's Disease - her adrenal glands don't function. So she takes a pill every day and an injection every month. Poster Girl for healthy. oh she is gorgeous! sorry that she has this disease, which always seems so strange to me (as my surname is Addison)...she certainly does look healthy, so glad she seems to be able to cope with it
