Thank you all for your kind words about my Charlie yesterday. He goes for some blood work in the morning and hopefully we will find an answer. He is doing much better today with his antibiotics working.
I took over 500 photos today. Excessive? I went to the Butterfly Show at Krohn's Conservatory and spent about two hours wandering around snapping like crazy. They won't allow a tripod as it is too crowded so the clarity suffers but these incredible creatures are so fast that it probably wouldn't have helped much anyway. They give little flower cards so you can try to get them to land which is just what some kind soul did here.
Yeah, a tripod isn't much use when shooting butterfly's. They don't stay in one place long enough to set up your shot. Flower cards, huh? That's a new one on me. Great idea!

This is an amazing shot! I am planning to go to the butterfly event, too. Hope that I can get something half as awesome as this. I am new to Cincinnati and saw that you are here. I will follow you as I like to see how other locals catch my area.
