I am sharing Tom's shot today (will upload mine in the other album). I think it is priceless. Five year old Owen needed to rest during his baptism - and, the font was right in front of him - so why not? As a ruling elder of the Presbyterian Church I was able to be a part of the proceedings. At this particular moment, I was trying to decide if I was going to laugh or grab the little devil before he pulled it over on him.
My 36 year old son, Andy, rejoined the church of his youth by Reaffirmation of Faith. His girlfriend, Gina, became a Presbyterian this morning. My heart is so very full. This is answered prayer.
Love the way both the sacred and the everyday are captured in this picture. Lovely picture of you too. (PS I'm an elder in the Presbyterian Church too!)
I just love the look captured in his eyes as he looks up! and your face is full of repressed giggles. Yes, a joyful day for you! so nice when we receive the answers we asked for!!!
@jackie8 I was really trying to tell Tom to take the shot!
I can't believe that during that baptism I was thinking about wanting the shot. See how365 has changed my world!
