I've never shot many bird shots but decided to give it a try. I've moved a feeder closer to the house and have the camera by the door. I need some hints from all of you avid birders out there.
I love the colours in your bird feeder. I don't think you need too many hints it looks like you are managing exceptionally well on your own. I love the movement in that tail.
The House Sparrows are regulars at my feeders as well....they're very skittish so I don't even try to photograph them. This is a great shot....I have no helpful hints!
Lovely feeder! I've caught a few birds and find them satisfying. If they just sat still it wouldn't be a challenge! No real advice other than lots of light and a fast shutter speed
Well done, a wonderful start. I am not one of the birders that can help you but one word comes to my mind - patience! But maybe with the bird feeder they are there most of the time? I look forward to seeing more of your captures as the weeks go bye.
