Magnolia by cdonohoue

Magnolia

March 6th, almost 60 degrees and blooming trees in Cincinnati make it magical. I have had the best time today just filling up the cracks in my soul that needed blooms. I went to the Grove to see the swans and found glorious blooms on the trees. I had to fight the wind but I got a few shots. What is so much more important than what I captured with my camera is what happens to my heart during those moments. I hope that you all have something that lets you lose time and place and just breathe. I am not trying to say that I am one with the camera, but I am saying that the world recedes and I leave the adulting behind and find joy moment to moment. I wish you joy.
A beautiful bloom and gorgeous against the blue background . A sign that Spring can not be far away !

Is it pretty at Spring Grove now? I think I'll go Friday weather permitting!

@alophoto With the cold weather that we are supposed to have this will all be frost bitten. Might be best to wait a week or so. This was from an early tree that I know does it every year before all the others.
