It is such a gloomy day in Ohio! Winter in the midwest looks pretty much like this on most days. We are really blessed here in Mason with an outstanding Community Center. We go to Silver Sneakers exercise classes several days a week and walk the indoor track on others. My bionic back tolerates classes where we switch it up better than walking the track. I've been meaning to take this shot with my phone for a while now, but today there was nobody walking or running behind me. I want to take it through the seasons.
I love how you have framed it and I am so excited to get to see the same view as it changes seasons. Kudos to you for exercising as much as you do with your back problems
