First, thanks to each of you that gave me suggestions to solve my blurry problems on this one yesterday. They really helped me to solve the problem. I think I got this in focus all the way around shooting in manual and picking my own focal point. This one has been a real learning experience for me so I love that I did what I set out to do.
This is great You've got pure blacks in your shadows. If you could tweak your contrast just enough to bring a pure white into your highlights, it would be a perfect black and white shot!
@cdonohoue I'd say that's pert near perfect, gal! Good job! I'm glad that Picmonkey will allow you adjust your contrast like that. For the best black and whites always keep your highlights and shadows in mind - pure blacks in your shadows and pure whites in your highlights. That way it's not flat with just shades of gray - unless of course, a gray pic is your intent.
@marlboromaam Thank you Maggie. I didn't know either that I could adjust what I posted but it sure did and I played with the processing to get a little more white. You were right on the money. Thank you, my friend.
The focus id great.
@calm Thanks Cathy!
