After focusing on color last month, thought it was high time for a black and white shot. In fact, I'll be shooting b&w for an entire month, but I'm gonna go about it a bit differently. For the first half of the month I'll shoot darker b&w photos and concluding the month will be brighter b&w shots. Maybe it'll be another cool looking calendar view. And no, this shot isn't for an alphabet theme (which I would love to try in the future) but this kicks off the darker, black shots. :)
I like that you have a theme for you're months, I'm afraid I'm way to disorganized for that. I really like B&W so looking forward to see what you come up with.

@briggsy - Thanks David. Once you start one theme, you just want to keep going (well that depends on if the theme was a struggle or not). Had fun with the last theme so gonna give this one a go.
@julie - Same here, I'll usually pick a color photo over a b&w photo but there are some images that can be compelling in b&w. I'll see if I can accomplish that this month. :)
