Our local pharmacist’s near-illegible handwriting. This is a receipt he gives back to his clients for medication prescribed, so that the client is able to claim the funds back from his or her medical insurance.
I shouldn’t talk though, my writing is worse. I seem to have lost the art of civilised handwriting - I blame that on the advent of digital devices. I can tap and type very well, but my actual writing is become more and more ridiculous.
Looking much more legible than the doctors around here and they don't write prescriptions anymore. =( They send them electronically to your pharmacy, then the pharmacy files with your insurance - if you have any. Cool capture!
Interesting. Here the pharmacies file with insurances themselves.
I can identify with the decline in handwriting. I used to have nice handwriting. Now I can barely write a card without crossing out or writing over. I blame it partly on use of digital devices but also the fact that I don't write as often as I used to when I wrote progress notes on many patients during a work day.
Yes - bills paid, for medical insurance claim purposes.
