Taking the Dogs Out

Will I be ticketed by the 365 police? I took this picture December 28 but post it for December 27 to fill a blank in my calendar.
My husband and I take the dogs in the fenced side yard three times every night. This is our second time and it’s 29 degree F, not so bad for Vermont!
