Kauritutahi Island

We had a mixed bag of weather while we were away camping at Easter. Mostly it was lovely, warm and calm and we were swimming. There were lots of kayaks making the most of the Indian summer. The second part of the weekend was a bit different as there was an onshore wind and the sea was much rougher.

That tree has to be so strong to be where it is, subject to all the winds and weather, standing so tall and really unprotected. A wonderful scene.
